“We are delighted with the result and on top of that have ENJOYED the process. It has been a very good experience all the way.
“Paul and Dorothy were introduced to us by a local acquaintance, we saw some of their creations and decided to go ahead with them. One of the main drivers (apart from the creative aspect) was the fact that they work as one team. We did not want to face any designer/landscaper clashes. Dorothy is the artist, and you need to go with the flow, and let the project grow. I am now truly convinced with her approach, the design can not be created on an A4 page, needs to evolve and grow all along.
“It is important to point out that we were heard all the way but our views were challenged as well (which is the entire point of getting a designer that will do things you would not) and she was right. During the execution, there were some bumps (always are), but there was always a calm and positive approach to solve them and to go beyond what is required.
“Now is all done, and the reality is that I will NOT miss the noise and some of the dust but WILL miss the journey of creating this new beautiful space. It has taken two intense months to transform the garden and has even felt short!
